Chicago Glue and Machine, (CGM) is a privately held company proudly growing for the last 34 years while staying true to its founding family roots. At CGM we manufacture and distribute adhesive solutions by selling, servicing and standing behind our adhesive formulas and equipment. At CGM, we pride ourselves on our teamwork and have an opportunity to expand our family.
We are looking to hire a Customer Service Representative who will be located in our Itasca, IL office. This individual will be entering orders, assisting sales people with CRM and customer support.
RESPONSIBILITIES
● Enter all sales order details accurately
● Assist customer requests for regulatory and business information
● Assist sales team and update CRM to best serve the customer
QUALIFICATIONS
● High attention to detail
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills
● Ability and desire to leverage technology efficiently
● Self-motivated, curious mind, and eager to learn – bottom line, we want someone who loves what they do
● Sense of humor, participation in High Five Fridays and an affinity for double chocolate donuts
